The distance between adjacent knives in the knife holder is 68mm, so the maximum knife diameter is 65mm/empty adjacent knife can reach 125mm, the long knife can be placed up to 300mm, and the maximum knife weight can reach 8kg.

The driving method of the rewinding knife is a servo cylinder, and the rewinding time of the knife is 0.6s per way to complete the precise positioning. It is also possible to set the rewinding time of the heavy knife and multiple speeds. 

When the roller cam servo drive is within 5 Kg of the tool change, the tool change time T-to-T is 1.2s, while the heavy tool T-to-T tool change time is 1.5s when the tool is more than 6kg, and the speed of the tool magazine is divided into 0.15s for each tool number.
